You need not be the first bencher, but the habit of last bencher in the school days can create problems during the announcements. You need to be well prepared before playing Bingo. Its better to carry some glue stick or a bottle of water so that your essential things remain at your disposal during the game.
The most important part is the mental alertness. You need to listen to the numbers and immediately earmark your printed sheet. It is really disturbing if you keep on asking for repetition of the announcements like a parrot. Somehow it does not show a good gesture of yours to the people of the hall.
